Cathy lives in Old Lyme with her husband, Bob. They enjoy cruising on their trawler, BOBCAT, travelling and entertaining family and friends. “The best times for me are those spent on the boat with my husband, Bob, our kids and grandkids. Boating, like RVing, is a great escape from the everyday problems and concerns. That’s why I love what I do; helping other people also realize their dreams is very rewarding.”

Rob lives in Guilford Connecticut with his wife Jan and daughter Katherine, two Beagles, two cats and a horse. The horse lives at a local barn, also in Guilford. Rob owns a 30’ Grady White Marlin, and spends most of his free time (which is limited!) on the water cruising with the family and fishing.

Kathy came to Customer One from manufacturing sales and has 20 years of experience with customer service. She enjoys the personal service that she is able to give to her RV and Boating customers. Kathy spends her free time with her family, husband Glen and daughter Ashley, socializing with friends on her boat and at her seasonal site at her favorite campground.

Carole resides in Oak Grove Beach in Niantic with her husband Hank. Living by the water, Carole “feels like I’m always on vacation”. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, golf, and spending time with her grandchildren. Carole brings to Customer One Financial over 6 years experience in RV loan origination and was one of the original Principals with Beacon Credit Service where, for over four years, she was instrumental in developing their RV Program and has brought this expertise with her to Customer One. “I really enjoy working with RV owners, they are the greatest people. I especially like doing the RV Shows and meeting my customers face to face. The Customer One philosophy of great customer service matches my feelings exactly!”
