Process

  1. Applicants can apply by obtaining an application from their dealer or broker, by accessing our online application or we would be happy to take it over the phone or fax it if that is preferable. We will need proof of income (usually two years most recent 1040 tax returns) faxed to us toll free at 866-994-3456.
  2. We can have an answer in less than one day in many cases. We inform our customers of the bank's decision by phone and with a letter of commitment.
  3. We handle all the coordination for the loan settlement, make recommendations for insurance coverage and take care of the post closing registration, titling or Coast Guard documentation (boats). We work to make the buying or refinancing experience "one stop shopping". Settlement is at our customers' convenience; with one of our sales representatives present or by using an overnight courier service.

    Through each step in the process, we communicate with our customers to be sure that we are meeting their needs. Our goal is to make the financing of your boat or RV a pleasurable experience and live up to the promise in our name!
